Caroline Stokes is a comedian, dancer, visual artist, musician and self-expression expert and I am so thrilled to have her on Unleash Your Inner Creative. She’s best known for getting featured on CTV National News, for a wild and hilarious video collaboration she did with THE Bill Murray as her character, Doug Carl and her Caroline side-by-side posts she does on instagram and tiktok where she comedically dances next to everything and everyone ranging from John Travolta dancing in short shorts to a parakeet with a sexy strut. I wanted to have Caroline on the show because she is fully herself in all she does - and it is that very reason that I believe she is so successful as a comedian and performer. Ever since she really embraced her full self and followed her job, she has been blowing up on social media- climbing by the thousands each week. She is a great example for all of us of the magic that can happen when we own every piece of ourselves - the beautiful, the sexy, the hilarious, the awkward and the mess- that it’s all us, and when we integrate all those pieces, It’s only then and only then, that we can truly unleash our inner creative.
