Finding a balance with Bill Fitzgerald

Episode 29 and this week my guest is Bill Fitzgerald who works as a Senior IT Engineer, Personal and Business Coach, Competent Communicator with Toastmasters and also a Reiki Practitioner. Bill shares with us some of his story as a child and the lead up to his diagnosis with Bipolar 1 in 1997.
