from Fuel Life Podcast Hosted by Fuel Life Canada

What does it mean to advocate for accessibility and resiliency? We are excited to meet with another special podcast guest, Abby Sienko! In this episode you'll learn about Abby's Fuel Life Story and what she has learned from herself by being a part of different communities: -Being a part of the LGBTQ+, Looking Glass Foundation communities and beyond -Having both the client and health professional perspective -Advocacy for destigmatization and inclusive environments -Self awareness and listening in a more relational way "I believe in advocating for change within a society that stigmatizes mental health and marginalized individuals/communities.
