Finding Balance in Emotional Mastery with Baba Dez Nichols EP/32

In our latest episode, I had the pleasure of hosting Baba Dez Nichols from Sedona, where we delved into the principles of emotional mastery and its significance in personal growth, particularly concerning masculinity. Dez shared his insights on integrating emotional awareness with the mind and body, emphasizing that this integration is essential for developing authentic leadership and living an empowered life. We explored how societal structures have historically disconnected individuals from their emotional selves, leading to a diminished capacity for authentic connection and empowerment.
