Pam works with a nonprofit called You Gotta Ask in Boise, Idaho. She mentors women throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond. She loves creating safe places for women to openly explore the tough questions and challenges of life. Her favorite hobby is “soul sloshing”—talking with women over a cup of coffee about matters of the heart. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside women to help them discover and embrace who they are and what their unique purpose is. She is passionate about teaming up together to create events and gatherings for women that build authentic connections and community. In this episode Pam shares how knowing the unconditional love of God and how loved she is has given her the courage to step out of her comfort zone throughout her life. She dives into what key nudges she receives from God when he wants her to do something. That the fear of rejection and failure is worth the risk. To be prepared as if an event is going to be a success. Authenticity is actually fear producing for most people. How women are craving connection and community but tired of trying to find it.
