The Magbirays are a young and faithful Catholic couple whose love story intertwines with their faith story. Nico once left Catholicism in order to join an Evangelical Church (or born again Christian) while Carissa remained steadfast in her Catholic faith as she dug deeper into the reasons why she professes it. This led to them parting ways only for them to later on meet again under different circumstances, which led to deeper convictions.
