Finding Funding

This solo episode focuses on the various financial tools available to finance the renovation of a historic building.  Specifically:Grants and bond bills, Tax Credits (HTC, NMTC, LIHTC) and Rebates or incentives (DSIRE & Inflation Reduction Act)I'll cover a high-level view of various financing products and have included some great resources below if you're interested in learning more.
