To date, she has helped thousands of entrepreneurs learn, apply and leverage the power of branding and online marketing in today’s digital landscape. In this episode we cover:Work From Home best practicesHow to figure out what works best for you individuallyTime blockingTransitioning from a traditional office space to working from homeSetting and managing boundariesQuarterly/Monthly/Weekly planningPreserving energy and time through organizationAnd so much more!ACTION STEP: Get old fashioned pen to paper and brain dumb everything you need to do and need to get done (exercise, walking the dog, drinking your morning coffee uninterrupted, responding to emails, appointments, etc.) for a week and how much time you need to do it. Once you have everything written out, start to time block your calendar first with the things that are non-negotiable on timing (like appointments, meetings, calls, etc.). Once these are in, think about the other tasks and when you feel best or operate these tasks at your highest potential. Is it best for you to check and respond to emails first thing in the morning or does it make more sense to take care of this after lunch? When you have all your actions laid out instead of just in your mind you’ll have a better concept of how much time you actually have available and ultimately alleviate the stress of keeping your lengthy to do list only in your mind! Try this out for a few weeks and don’t get discouraged if you have to move things around. It can take time to get it down but I promise it’s worth it!  RESOURCES, LINKS, SOCIAL: Website: https://stephaniejoanne.comInstagram: https://instagram.com/stefjoanneFacebook:https://www.facebook.com/stefjoanneYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/stephaniejoanneWebinar: http://stephaniejoanne.com/webinarThis Brand Means Business Community:https://www.facebook.com/groups/tbmbverified/Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.ca/stefjoanne/Twitter: https://twitter.com/stefjoanneLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stefjoanne/
