Karena is a healer, peace activist, author, mother, and Kundalini yoga instructor. While experiencing life-changing challenges in life, Karena found the most comfort in spirit and meditation.  As a result, Karena discovered how to live authentically and speak her truth. Karena now helps others find healing and discover how to love themselves.
