Today, Heidi Floyd will walk us through her journey from cancer caregiver to cancer patient to cancer advocate and activist. The trajectory of this journey has been an enlightening path of rediscovery, reinvention and revelation. While her main focus as a cancer advocate is in the speaking realm, her passion for helping a wider world has caused the focus to expand into research grant review boards - first with the American Cancer Society and now with the Department of Defense.
