Finding Hope in Darkness and Inspiring Others to Do the Same

from Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things

In episode 286, I chat with Jay Andrews who always had a love for sports, the arts and life. After not feeling right for awhile, he found out he had a blood disorder.  Hear him talk about the intense loneliness he felt immediately after, how he then survived a horrific car accident and then cancer and how all of this really woke him up and found the fire within him. Jay refused to believe what everyone told him about what he could do and soon found himself running again, beating cancer and started seeing the world in a different lens. He discusses how he found hope, how he changed directions in his job and how he's helping others get through adversity and build resilience.
