Finding Joy in God's Promises

Is joy a realistic expectation for our daily lives, or is it a sentimental idea we reserve for the holiday season? In Luke 1:39-56, we see that joy truly has entered into our stories in the person of Jesus Christ and that we always have access to that joy through the promises of God.
