It's no secret that everyone around us experiences this regularly as well and unfortunately it is something we will all have to continue to deal with.   It's easy to wish away the tough times when exhaustion settles in and let your spirit be overwhelmed with feelings of hopelessness. The negative forces of the world want your faith to waiver and your light to be dimmed.     But something we want to emphasize is taking stock of and focusing on all the things that bring us happiness and enjoyment, however seemingly big or small.
