Finding Joy in the Hard, a weekly podcast, is about tapping into your courage, finding light in the dark and joy in the hard. You'll get to hear from incredible people who've undergone tremendous challenges and have come out the other side.

I'm your host, Suzanne Andora Barron. I'm a mom, a wife, a yoga instructor, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and an adjunct professor.

Starting on 12/4/23, join me on this exciting adventure. My goal at Finding Joy in the Hard is to encourage you through powerful stories of courage, perseverance and strength.
