Finding my voice through Meditation
from Let's Keep Talking with Braxton Gilbert · host Braxton Gilbert

Carrying around the SHOULDs of other people eventually started to feel more like a hinderance than a honorable burden. It was through meditation that I was able to begin to get enough space to see myself following others, instead of thinking and feeling based on me. Through the years, with this practice, I have began to rescue my inner voice, lean into my own decisions, and overall feel so much more at home in the life I create for myself. I am not anti-religious, but I sure have had to learn to look at religion for inspiration, and not instruction.!⬇️⬇️⬇️Watch this episode and many more on my Youtube channel! 👀Instagram/ Braxtongilbert
