S1 Ep26: Finding Nemo: The Triple Murder Trial of Nya Thao

from 13th Juror Podcast · host Brandi Churchwell

Three young men found executed at the gates of a remote quarry in Wisconsin. Police had no suspects and no leads, until a woman walks into the Sheriff's office and says not only does she have information, but she drove the victims there and witnessed the whole thing. Two men were charged with the execution style deaths of Nemo Yang, Peng Lor, and Trevor Maloney in July 2021, and each blame the other as the trigger man. Thao's first trial ended in a hung jury, and this summer he faced a jury of his peers for these three murders for a second time.
