Despite facing significant health challenges, including rheumatic fever in her childhood and a brain injury and open-heart surgeries later in life, she has continually overcome obstacles. Her professional experience spans over 45 years, during which she has blended her advanced degrees with first-hand knowledge of overcoming adversity.Since 1998, Dr. Pam has called Palm Coast home. After retiring from the Flagler County School District in 2020, she embraced her calling as a transitions coach for women, specializing in transitions such as widowhood, retirement, and discovering new purposes. Her coaching approach is rooted in empathy, resilience, and proven strategies, offering both virtual coaching and keynote speaking services.Dr. Pam's commitment to service extends to her involvement in community initiatives through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and local organizations such as the Palm Coast Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Wonken of Flagler County. She has also boen an active member of Me. Calvary Baptist Church of Palm Coast since 1999, where she served as youth ministry director, significantly growing the youth membership.Dr. Pam is passionate about mentoring and enjoys leisure activities like reading, music, beachside moments, and cravel.
