Finding support as a “scrunchy” mom

When you fall in the middle on topics, especially related to how you manage your health (and in turn your pregnancy) it can be hard to know where you fit it. It can feel like judgement and unsolicited advice is coming at you at every turn. You may not know who to talk to or how to navigate it. In this episode I give examples of how many of my past clients have fallen in the middle ground of wanting unconventional choices while weaving them in with medical options.
