Driving to work this morning I had a lot of turmoil in my mind and gut and I think it could have easily destroyed my day, but I was reminded of what amazing strength I have to get through these days with my faith and being able to surrender my moments to God. NOW! That doesn't mean my God is your God and that is ok. I think this practice can relate to all of us. I hope you listen and find value in this.
