Finding the Beauty in Life’s Triggers

from The Goddess Vibration · host Tiarra Earls Haas and Ali O’Shea

In this episode, the co-hosts Ali and Tiarra dive into what it means to be triggered, why it's an important part of building self awareness and what can happen to society when we avoid our triggers. When we talk about triggers, we don't mean conversation that might bring up unpleasant emotions or that includes ideas you don't agree with. When it comes to growth, being "triggered" means that you experience uncomfortable emotions within yourself that point to insecurities that might be keeping you stuck. The trigger is the opportunity to explore the discomfort within yourself so that you can identify why it is there and heal it. So many in our society avoid being triggered, to the point that we prefer to stay isolated in our own bubble than interact with other humans if it means we don't have to experience unpleasant emotions. This is not how we are meant to exist! For more guidance and tips for your own self improvement journey, follow "The Goddess Vibration" podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube or Amazon Music.
