In this episode of the Nifty Thrifty Podcast, Dr. Glenn Vo sits down with Allison Norris—RDH and Founder of the Dentele Group—to discuss how her company is helping dental practices and professionals find the perfect match. Allison's extensive background in dentistry—including her experience as a practicing dental hygienist—has given her unique insights into the needs of both dental practices and professionals. The Dentele Group is a nonclinical recruiting agency that focuses on placing top talent in various roles—from practice-level positions like office managers and treatment coordinators to executive roles in DSOs and dental tech startups. Key Highlights: The Dentele Group has access to a unique talent pool that most other agencies don't, thanks to Allison's dental background and the company's niche focus. Allison and her team take a comprehensive approach to recruiting, conducting thorough screenings, video interviews, and personality assessments to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the client. For dental professionals looking to transition into nonclinical roles, Allison shares her own journey and offers advice on how to find opportunities that align with their strengths and goals. Allison emphasizes the importance of resilience and learning from failures on the path to success as an entrepreneur in the dental industry.
