FINDING THE SPACE WHERE HEALING CAN TAKE PLACE : #283

I found that through 2 very significant periods of my life I was looking for the answers to the reason that I was creating what I was living .. why I was overdoing it... "under" doing it... and eventually not doing much of anything at all..  I started chasing the healing that I needed in two very specific ways... The first was to achieve and to compete and to get my body in a place where I felt good about myself...   But I didn't feel good about myself... So once I achieved my goals physically or competitively ... I had received what it was that I said I wanted,... In shape .. look decent.. going through the motions of what healthy healing Pat would look like .. .But I was still miserable ...  So that didn't do it ... Now.... I'll dive into the stuff I like...  Spirituality.. the unanswered questions.. the unanswerable questions.. and dissecting the mind to come up with all of the tools and mindful techniques and spiritual understanding to fix me !! ....  But no.....  That alone did not contain any long term answers...  There would be spurts of higher consciousness .. but It would be fleeting ,. and since even this was propelled by lower frequency feelings and emotions under the surface of my actions.... I was left with all of the technical knowledge and understanding I had ever had before ... and feeling empty as ever ...  Even more confused because it ALLLLL Made so much sense to me as to how this works !  How it should work !  But it wasn't ....           It wasn't until I realized that my story existed on one frequency and the answers or healing existed on an entirely different channel... A much higher one .. closer to love and connection ,..to purpose and knowing without having to know how you know...    If I wanted to be able to actually feel and experience what I would consider true healing.. and not covering up my pain... I would have to use the system the way it was designed to work...  By accessing with intention the initial actions that will create the state of consciousness where the answers exist...
