FINDING THE VOICE OF YOUR HIGHER SELF / INNER BEING : #295

What an amazing question I received recently asking about how to best identify or be able to hear our "Inner Guidance"...   How do we hear it.??  What does it sound like... What does it say ??  How do I tell it apart from all of the other conversations I have going on in my head ! lol    There is a process we can use to do this.. To identify not so much just what it sounds like... But what it FEEEELSSS like when we hear it ...   Today we dive into a few examples of how we can really turn down the other narratives and conversations to a volume and frequency that we are finally able to really hear and feel this inner voice of higher consciousness... It is at the perfect volume Always.... The perfect frequency Always ... It won't scream louder than your limitations in order to "get your attention" like the egoic voices ...  But we can turn the volume down enough to listen to the amazing song of unity and connection and love that we have playing in our ears...
