Finding True Beauty on My Cancer Journey and How You Can Find Yours

~You Can Design Your Legacy and Live The Life Of Your Dreams~   I want to share how being unapologetically you can help you live the life of your dreams.   I, like most women, have placed a lot of my self worth in how I look since my teenage years. For women society places a lot of emphasis on what they think beauty should look like. Then we're left feeling unworthy of love if we don't look like the next flawless model.    Because of my own insecurities, I have tried to change how I looked since I was a teenager by dying my hair, dressing a certain way and never embracing the real me and what I actually wanted to look like - I have always simply tried to fit in.    Losing my hair due to chemotherapy has challenged that and made me look deeper to find my true beauty and value. I am so grateful to this experience because I now feel closer to my true beauty and feel I can embrace it and start to let it shine.   In this video I share a bit of my 'beauty' and hair loss journey, while really just cracking this can of worms open a tiny bit. I also share how I believe we can embrace our beauty more by being more present with ourselves - this is how I started.
