But something happened to him while he is on this track. He made a big change and went down the real estate investing path which is totally different from what he dreamed of becoming. Being a journeyman electrician, he had a mentor who pushed him to do more. He then totally immersed himself in real estate, undergoing a lot of coaching and mentoring.How Randy made a change. From having goals set from getting his journeyman ticket at 22 to buying a house at 25, he realized that these aren’t what he really wants.The challenges that Randy faced when he was making the big change. Going after what he liked to do was even harder when he had family and friends who were doing just the opposite.Creating the environment to get the support you needed. Being around like-minded people and people cheering on you is the biggest thing that can push you. The many successes of Randy Molland and what really brought fulfillment to him.
