After a 1-year rotating internship, Dr. Emily practiced emergency medicine in a specialty referral hospital, near Philadelphia, PA and as a Field Veterinarian for Nationwide Pet Insurance. Emily is a proud National Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA) Board alum.  She is now the President of the Board of Directors at the Veterinary Leadership Institute and the Senior Director of Pet Health at Nationwide.
