Finding Your Niche

Everyone has this one thing they are special in. Help that one thing play to your advantage. Choosing a niche in your market will set you up as an expert in your area. This is done by focusing all or most of your effort on one segment of the market. I’m not saying don’t sell homes if it’s outside your niche...Sell them all! I’m saying pick a segment of the market and become an expert in it. Then pick another segment and so on. Listen to hear about some niches in real estate you can choose and get started!
