Finding Your Purpose with Shannon Jones

In this episode we talk with author Shannon Jones about the journey to finding your purpose. Shannon Jones is an author, dancer, speaker, and actress. After a "Jerry McGuire" epiphany, Shannon put pen to paper and wrote the book, Why Do I Exist.  Bio: Shannon Jones always had a love for writing and was recognized at an early age for her creative and imaginative stories. After having an epiphany one morning, Jones decided to reevaluate her life's purpose and traded in her marketing career by returning to her roots as a writer. She shares her spiritual journey with readers in her debut book, "Why Do I Exist."  Jones uses her story as a platform to inspire and encourage others t dream big and to trust God with every life decision. In addition to being an author, Jones is a school counselor for the Montgomery County Public School System in Maryland. She is also the owner of Wise Counsel Therapy practice where she provides mental health services to children, teens, families, and adults. Jones received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communication and holds two Master's degrees: Business Management and Counseling. She resides in Maryland with her husband and two kids.
