Finding Your Way: Use Your Map and Your Compass

from Real, Brave & Unstoppable

Send us Fan MailEpisode 34: We're faced with many "forks in our paths" in our lifetimes.  Sometimes we choose a path that feels like the "right" choice, and sometimes we choose one that's more difficult. In this episode, I talk about a recent hiking experience where I reached a fork in the trail.  But I didn't stop to take in all of the information so I'd know which way was the right way. I didn't have cell signal, so I couldn't tell where I was on the trail so I took a wrong turn.  My instinct told me to go one way, but my instinct was wrong. This is a lesson that can be applied to life.  First, it's good to stop and think before making decisions.  Second, it's helpful to have a compass or something to guide you - your values.  And finally, if you do end up taking a wrong turn, it's not the end of the world.  You'll grow and learn from the lessons the "wrong way" provides.====== Resources ======--- Goals Challenge (sign up to get free workbook with values exercise and more)--- If you're listening at a date later than 1/15/2021, email me at  [email protected] if you'd like me to send you the goal-setting workbook, which includes the values excercise I refer to in the episode.--- Schedule a free mini  session (We'll tackle a specific problem you'd like some support with) Support the showWant more? For more information about the podcast, visit www.realbraveunstoppable.com.
