Nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston S.C. at 49 John Street, Oliver Pluff’s Tea Shop is the destination for rare teas, timeless blends, and elegant gifts. From colonial-inspired loose leaf teas to curated sets perfect for gifting, every item in the shop tells a story steeped in tradition and history. They do not currently serve tea by the cup but do have occasional tea tastings and seasonal samplings that will give you a chance to sip, discover, and explore new favorites. Darren was born and raised in Smithfield, Maine. He spent over 28 years in the Air Force where he had the opportunity to travel the world and experience many different tea and coffee cultures.
