When Finesse Mitchell was born, his mom was just 15. Eventually, she became a teacher and she made sure Finesse understood the importance of education. So after high school, he went to the University of Miami, to get a degree in finance. But Miami is also a football factory. Finesse tried out for the team, and ended up making it - as a walk on. At the same time, Finesse was hanging out in Miami's comedy clubs and decided to take a chance on "open mike" night. That was his first taste of real comedy. Along the way, he finished school, moved back to Atlanta and worked in the insurance biz. But Finesse never stopped telling jokes. Eventually, the producers of 'Comic View' - on 'Black Entertainment Television' - saw his stuff. He quickly became a favourite and eventually, got a call from 'Saturday Night Live.' Finesse spent 3 seasons on SNL. He also wrote a book called 'Your Girlfriends Only Know So Much' - where he gives dating advice to women. If that weren't enough, he's also the host of this year's Just For Laughs Tour.
