'Finfluencers' At War

On today's show we delve into the growing row between licensed and unlicensed Australian online financial advisors. Late last week, two up and coming 'finfluencers' accused, financial advisor, Victoria Devine of a lack of disclosure. The 'She's On The Money' founder was criticised on Instagram and then in the Australian Financial Review, for her partnership with investing app, Six Park, despite not breaking any rules. The incident has shed light on the rules governing unlicensed and unqualified finance influencers with some experts referring to the current state of play as the 'wild west'.
