Fipe Preuss - Living Culture, Living Koko

Fipe Preuss is a Polynesian dancer, an activist, a chocolate maker, a scuba instructor(!), and a business woman who also goes by the stage name Fipe Keanu. Fipe is of Samoan and German heritage and hails from both Samoa and New Zealand. We were really excited to talk to her in particular about what she is doing with her business Living Koko, combining sustainability, food sovereignty, cultural education, and chocolate!
