Firearm qualification for retired law enforcement HR-218, Public Law No: 108-277

This is a free plug for getting yearly qualified to carry a firearm all over the United States, it's possessions and territories. I used to take the State Police qualification course for Illinois. It cost $100 and I had to take a separate test for both revolver and automatic. I can get the test from a non-governmental organization for half the price. HR-218 or Public Law No: 108-277 is the law that gives me the authority to carry nationwide.
