Jesse reached out to local Southeast Iowa Media when she was fired including; newspaper, radio and television, and no one wanted to hear her side of things until she reached out to this podcast. She shares her side of the story and how things went down regarding the loss of her job according to her perspective. Paramedicine has been Jesse’s whole life this past ten years and she planned on that being her only career focus. She truly believes that a lot of her problems stem from the fact that she is friends with former embattled Ambulance Director Brian Thomas as well as former interim Ambulance Director Judy Heisel, and according to Jesse, the County Board of Supervisors and others do not like that fact.
