Restaurant veteran Gary Zancanelli joins Smart Companies host Kelly Scanlon to discuss his entrepreneurial rise through the restaurant industry. Starting as a cook and busboy working in the family restaurant, Zancanelli went on to build a group of 70 KFC restaurants, including all the KFCs in the Kansas City area. After selling them to a private equity group in 2011, Zancanelli introduced the Red Door Woodfired Grill in April 2013 in Leawood, Kan.
