Julia Hawkins entered her First competitive bike race at age 80! She set new world records in Track & Field at 100!  She is still competing at 104!! Talking with Julia, it is no wonder that she is healthy, vibrant and as sharp as a tack. She has many friends she meets frequently . She exercises. She eats good food. But what really stands out about Julia, is her contagiously positive and fun outlook on life.
