First episodes suck

Lostlikemike is a podcast about figuring out life’s challenges by sharing experiences we have in common. In this first “episode zero,” I get into a few of the topics I will regularly talk about: physical and mental health.  We look at some of the challenges of producing a podcast about depression while pushing through episodes of depression. I also go over a bit of an origin story. This first episode is rough but I expected it to be. We can experience my learning curve together.
