God wants to raise up companies of people across the earth that have the same vow that King David had in Psalm 132 written on their hearts. They will have an ache in their hearts for God's glory to rest among them that will drive the way they spend their time, energy, and resources. These "resting places" will have seven dynamics as the Presence of the living God, the Culture of the Throne Room, and the Resources of Heaven manifest among a people.
