First Guest: Stephanie Calhoun - West Virginia University Coordinator for Competitive Sports

We have our first guest on the podcast. One of the most overlooked parts of the sport industry is Campus Recreation and it is a route that could be for you. The guest today is Stephanie Calhoun. She is a Coordinator for Competitive Sports/Campus Recreation at West Virginia University. She is part of a team that supervises 50 plus Club Sports, offers 15 Intramural Sport leagues, and works with many other departments on campus.  Stephanie Calhoun and I talk about working in campus recreation. It is an exciting field and she gives insight into what it is really like. We take a look at trends and the challenges of programming events for college students today. She had an unconventional route to her job today and it is a story that everyone should hear.
