First Minister delivers the inaugural Tom Johnston Lecture

The First Minister delivered the inaugural Tom Johnston Lecture in Perth, hailing the vision of one of the nation's most outstanding politicians. He told the audience of industry executives attending the Scottish Renewables Hydropower Anniversary Dinner that it was Johnston's understanding of the people of the Highlands and his willingness to listen to their concerns which planned Scotland's renewable success.
