First ministers have their first meeting with Prime Minister Mark Carney. Alberta’s premier says Carney and his environment minister are not on the same page when it comes to energy and emissions.And: Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre is pledging to get 350,000 more trade workers trained across the country.
