First Nations People with Disability In the Criminal Justice System, and the Royal Commission

Marisa interviewed Professor Eileen Bawldry Deputy Vice-Chancellor Equity Diversity and Inclusion and Professor of Criminology at Nsw Sydney,about the Royal Commission, people with disability and first nations people in the criminal justice system. The research of FIRST Nations Contributors was also highlighted. INDIGENOUS AUSTRALIANS WITH MENTAL AND COGNITIVE DISABILITIES Were discussed, in the context of Indefinite detention.Marisa then interviewed PATRICK KEYZER,CHAIR OF LAW AND PUBLIC POLICY AND HEAD OF Latrobe LAW SCHOOL, where Indefinite detention issues were discussed, and various submissions, put to the Senate Inquiry. The Royal commission, the Ndis, racial profiling and the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM were also highlighted. This interview was an expansion of issues confronting First nations people, and people with disability.
