First Responder Friday - Tracy Eldridge

Tracy Eldridge, RapidSOS Public Safety Community Engagement Manager / Creator and host of On Scene First Podcast. Having worked in public safety for over 25 years, Tracy Eldridge now serves as the Public Safety Community Engagement Manager at RapidSOS. From dispatcher to chief dispatcher, she spent many years serving her community in rural Massachusetts, where she still serves as a call firefighter/EMT on her local call fire department. With a passion for public speaking Tracy has also been recognized nationally for her efforts to train telecommunicators and bringing awareness to PTSD and public safety, with conference training sessions, webinars, and keynote presentations.
