First Time Mama Dionne had a Trancelike Natural Birth

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Dionne. Dionne is a mama of 1 from Indiana, USA. She was extremely fearful of childbirth in the beginning of her pregnancy, but by going with a continuity of care midwifery program where she met the same midwives throughout her pregnancy, birth and postpartum as well as going to a counsellor to deal with her fears she ended up feeling calm and excited to go into labour.
