Meet Scottlin Smith, the heart and brains behind Belle of the Ball. She is the why behind your prom dress donation and the why behind this special event at Atlantic Station.  Belles of the Ball is an event created to ensure every girl that wants to go to prom is able to go no matter their socioeconomic background. Scottlin created Belles of the Ball to help families during prom season. Being the youngest of 6 she knows how hard times can be.
