Fish War -- Tribes’ fight for treaty rights

Ron Charles, past Chair of Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, and Josh Bagley, current Vice-Chair of Suquamish Tribe, join us to discuss the film Fish War, the 85-minute documentary describing the successful effort by tribes to affirm their treaty fishing rights and establish them as co-manager of the resource.
