If you've been following me on Instagram then you know I am - ahem - WE ARE - embarking on a new journey. Fit and Famous by Forty. 21 months. That's it, friends. That is the timeline for us to create a new story for ourselves about who we are and what we want in this life. For me, FAFBF is very personal. This journey is about uncovering my true sense of worthiness. Full embodiment. So much of my worth - or lack thereof - has been tied to my negative body image and walking alongside fame for the majority of my life. I let a lot of opportunities walk right by me because I had a low sense of self-worth. I have created so many funnels, so many shows, so many businesses at this point just trying to quiet the sense of dullness that remains in my soul due to not living fully in my own light. Our physical bodies are the vessels that hold the key to expansion and wisdom. And when we step into our light, we become a magnet for our purpose. I am ready to embody myself.
