We have such as little impact on the world because we are not living in truth and righteousness. There is no joy in being at peace with ungodly men/the world. Martyrs are bright lights in a dark place. Their dark place is no darker than ours, so our lights must not be as bright. We should be students to the international believers who suffer. We should be disconcerted that we have it so easy. "Why can't we all get along? I'll compromise to you, because you will never agree with me." With pierced ears, women expect pain to look beautiful. Oh that we would care more about looking spiritually beautiful than living a painless life. After you have suffered and stood for a while, then God will step in and bless. He is waiting for you to endure to the end. Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, Azariah did not compromise to King Nebuchadnezzar. Joseph in prison never stopped trusting God. 1 Thessalonians 3:9-13. There should not be doubt or fear in your faith which is why we have pastor and teachers. 2 Timothy 3:16-17. If you love something more than God, this won't happen. What is the best for me that I can be in this age?
