So far We’ve discussed sleep, nutrition, and exercise…now I want to discuss an often overlooked part of your development (however that seems to be slowly changing MINDFULNESS!!! What an important topic as well!WHY?!?-For me, if you’re practicing mindfulness correctly, it allows you to remember that appreciation and awareness of the present moment is essentially all that matters…and if you’re able to do that, you tend to be able to answer the “why am I doing what I’m doing” with a lot more clarity! -if you don’t know why you’re doing what you’re doing…then you may not end up doing your most productive work…and if you make that a habit, you are not living your most optimal life!
